Welcome to Hatton Manor Farm!

Our family-run organic dairy farm is the perfect place for school children to discover the wonders of where their food comes from, connect with nature, and explore the beauty of the Shropshire countryside.

Since diversifying into direct milk sales five years ago, we've found one of the most rewarding parts of the journey has been developing a connection with our customers. Inspired by this, we are opening the farm for visits and tours to share our knowledge and passion with schools and local groups.

We have recently completed our CEVAS accreditation (Countryside Educational Visits Accreditation Scheme). This means we're now officially recognized as a provider of high-quality farm-based learning experiences. We've received in-depth training on how to deliver engaging and educational activities for school children of all ages, with a focus on safety and curriculum relevance. We can't wait to welcome school groups to Hatton Manor Farm and inspire the next generation of farmers and environmental stewards!

Education on the farm

Using the day to day practises on the farm as a foundation, we can offer activities tailored to all ages of children and meeting criteria for a number of subjects and curriculum outcomes.

With access to over 500 acres of grassland, 20 acres of woodland as will as 7.5km of hedgerows and a number of streams and watercourses, there are endless opportunities for learning.
